Default Hi to all , and a litte-simple question ...

Hi to all , I'm new here ... and from Italy , so excuse my bad Eng.Lang. , I've got a problem playing with the right aspect-ratio some games on widescreen lcd ... I've got a GeForce-7300LE (latest official drivers installed and works properly - 91.31) and a PackardBell Maestro 19"Lcd (native res. 1440x900 at 60Hz using at 75Hz) all gone well while playing supported wide games, but with Zylom's ones (gamehouse is the same) and the trylogy of Yu-Gi-Oh Power of Chaos and other ones (that have res. of 800x600 I think) It's a really matter to play with all the game screen stretched I'll tried to find an options to mantaina aspect ratio (with right/left black bars) in the factory nvidia settings menu ... no luck for this So I'm here to ask you if I could try to use yours for solve the problem ... thanx in advance for any type of suggestions

Sometimes the games themselves (especially older ones or more cheaply-made ones) might not allow widescreen options.
Drivers may support widescreen displays, and if you install the NGOHQ optimized drivers, chances are that widescreen options will be available for whatever games do support widescreen.
However (and again), if the game(s) don't support widescreen resolutions, then nothing (including vidcard and/or monitor drivers) will be able to fix that.

I hope this helps!

Thanxs a lot Wizard for your suggestions , I'll try to install the NGOHQ drivers , hoping that the option to mantain aspect-ratio will come up ; in any case , all I want is the same thing I'd obtained with my notebook , right resolution with left and right black bars , not the support for the widescreen res.
