This can only be done if the retailer is on the XFX site as: XFX shop of some kind.
If you cant return it to the shop you can contact XFX on the official site about this matter.
I just exhanged it @ the shop where i bought it..

damn those retailers who only think of money and dont bother helping there customers.

#8 | | Guest | thats a great news, thank u  I noticed the temperature came back to its normal level of default drivers, I mean now its 57C but with 84.26 and .25 I got 65C.
And may I ask you to tell us about solution, what's wrong with nvidia drivers ?
