I know this may sound a bit noobish, but I've noticed the PCI Latency Tool in the NGO Optimized drivers. I have played with nHancer, which is a nice tool, but not with the PCI Latency Tool. I've heard some things about it, fixing, or even enhancing performance...
I noticed an oddball, which I'm not sure is correct or not, though my system seems to run pretty good. I've attached a screenshot below:
Any ideas, explanations, or suggestions?

thats the standard pci latency.
put your Video card at 64 as its faster then pci.
if you experience sound stutters, increase your sound cards latency |

#7 | | Banned | hmm.. thats not a good idea.. 32 is the best for pci devices unless they require extensive cpu access... live sound cards |

#8 | | Guest | I could squeeze a little more speed out of my pc with pci latency. BUT I used powerstrip, which can reduce the latency down to 8!!! I set on every possible device the latency down to 8 and my system is running so damn smooth in games. | |
