Wait the 64bit means it is for something like an amd athlon 64 3200+ (which is what I have) right?

also I dont see ANY download when I click on the download link wtheck?

The "x64 Bit" means it is for "Windows XP Pro x64 Bit Edition" .. this driver will not work with Windows XP Pro "32 Bit"..

You have to have more than just the Athlon64 Processor.. you need the x64 Bit version of XP to go along with it.. I have (2) Athlon64 PC's.. one is running Windows XP Pro "32 Bit", and the other Windows XP Pro "x64 Bit"..

So make sure you have the x64 Bit version of XP before you g0 installing this driver.. lol *tease#
