Exclamation Vista 32-bit Driver Installation Error - Wrong OS Detected?

I'm having some issues installing the driver for my NVIDIA GeForce 7150M. I ran the NGO NVIDIA Optimized Driver setup and I get the error:

"Setup detected that the operating system in use is not Windows Vista [32-bit]. This setup program and its associated drivers are designed to run only on Windows Vista [32-bit]. The installation will be terminated."

Facts:
- I have ran the NVIDIA driver uninstall program and removed my display drivers beforehand as the directions instruct.
- I am using Vista 32bit and I am not using any other version of Windows.
- I have checked Google and found other people with the same issue, but found no real answer to the problem.
- I am using an HP laptop with AMD Turion 62 X2 TL-62, Windows Vista Home Premium, 2943MB of RAM, and NVIDIA GeForce 7150M.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, the official drivers were acting up too, but in my frustration I installed Windows XP and everything is happy again. Thanks anyways.

Glad you fixed your problem.

I find this weird as i have never had ANY problems whatsoever with Vista. If you look, however, in this site's news, you'll see that Nvidia is responsable for the majority of bugs in Vista
