Default Optimized drivers for 8800GT?

Looks like the board lost all posts from the last few days, including mine...I also had the register again...

Anyway, are there some of the optimized drivers that are made for the 8800GT cards? Cause, I'd like to try them to solve my lagging/stuttering problems with TDU. And I found none that want to install, cause none are made for the 88ooGT cards. For the 8800GTS and 8800GTX yes, but not for the 8800GT. If they don't exist so far, will they happen anytime soon?

I tried the Omega 169.21 drivers and the game stuttered more than with the "official" 171.23 beta...

Thanks.

I've tried also the DNA-Force 169.04 drivers. The stuttering is still there in TDU.

So, noone knows of any NGOHQ drivers made for the 8800GT?

Normaly the ngohq od for nvidia are supposed to work with your card ... give an try you will see

and ps : you say it's laggy in the game?

Can be because of your proccesor as i mentioned before the board crashes(starts to be old) and sometimes on my computer it lags... so keeps the settings more low if you want the game more fluid

You have 2 types of lags .. the one you said it's because of your cpu

Low FPS : is because of the viddy

I've already tried 3 sets of NGOHQ drivers and none will install cause Windows says they're not compatible with my material. And when I look at the list of cards supported, the 8800GT is not there.

Yes, my game is laggy and stutters a lot. I get around 30 FPS in the city and around 40 FPS in the country, but most of the time, it begins to stutter to the point of getting a 1 or 2 FPS and that the game becomes unplayable. I failed lots of races because of that damn stuttering...My settings are already low at 1024X768. And I tried at 800X600 and it still stutters a whole lot.

The minimum required to play the game is a Athlon64 2800+ ( I got a 3500+) and 1 GB RAM (I got 2GB). I can't understand why the CPU would be the culprit when I saw some people on some forums which have a lesser PC than me and run the game smoothly...

Well I recently read the problems of a guy with 4GB RAM, Q6600 and 8800GTX getting choppy framerate in world of warcraft while his crappy laptop was smooth at the same settings and with the same internet connection.

If the mobo wasn't supporting this card, then my other games would have problems too I think? And they all run great. For example, Guitar Hero 3 was not that great with my 7600GS, but with my 8800GT, I can play with all settings on high and I get no lag at all. TDU is the only one which has this lagging/stuttering thing.
