Eloi666, I can surely say that the lag for your TDU is your CPU. I get lags when there are three or more CPU controlled players on screen when cruising around (not during a challenge), with a 7900gt before and now with an 8800gt. It was made for the Xbox360 which has a 3 cored processor...so I think TDU was very sloppily converted to the PC and it has little support for it... Maybe upgrade to a dual core? The 4400 x2 I hear is a really good choice for a 939 board.

Well, then I might have to check out for a dual core...But on some TDU forums, there are still some people with single core CPUs that mention running the game smoothly...

Hmmm, okay. The game is very CPU depenant, so try turning off softwares that you won't be using when you are gaming. I have around 38~41 processes when I am gaming (I need my Rivatuner and MirandaIM on my G15 keyboard) Also since the game needs to load its large levels, check your HDD if it is running okay. So try lessening the amounts of softwares running and check your HDD for now. Hope it cures.
