Question Best drivers for 7900GT KO + Crysis

Good evening.

I've been carefully reading the forums, and there's a thread mentioning 91.47 driver for optimal performance (and quality) of my eVGA GeForce 7900GT KO 256 MB.

I've recently been playing Crysis, with my load temps reaching 70 °C. It's always between 66 °C and 68 °C under full load. And to be honest... I'm experiencing some artifacting (sometimes), but I guess it's because of the temperatures, since if I just Alt + Tab for a while, temperatures drop, and when I get back to the game, the artifacts are gone. Oh, and I do NOT have it overclocked. It's at stock 500/750.

I wanted to know if any of the recent drivers could actually improve the performance even more than the 91.47 drivers? Any recommendation? Of course, I'm not testing anything myself (I don't really know if those drivers are really the most optimized ones ) given my almost complete ignorance of the topic, but I try what others supposedly test.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Default

GT-means clocked by nvidia
KO-supeclocked evga cards.

Try latest driver.

Driver from evga:

or from nVidia:

91.47 is not last version of drivers for 7xxx serie, u can choose too driver for serie 8xxx and it supports ur card too.

If with this drivers card will still works not proper so u will have to send it back to shop and they have to change your card to well workin one.

Sometimes pre-clocked cards are makin problems 'cos they're clocked too high.
