Post Problems with my Geforce 7800GS

Hello,

Sorry that my English isn't so good, but i hope you'll understand me

I have a Nvidia Geforce 7800GS.
Sometimes while I'm playing I get a blackscreen and I have to restart my system...
So I searched in the internet and found out, that the NGO NVIDIA Optimized Driver has helped a lot of people.
I formated my Harddisk and reinstalled Windows.
Then I installed the NGO NVIDIA Optimized Driver, but it doesn't help, the same problem... I tried 1.16369, 2.15822, 2.9792 but no one doesn't work on my system.
I hope you can help me

A while back i was really active on this forum and tried to help people that have problems with the 7800gs..

I have one for 2 years now almost and had the same problems as you.

The XFX card was known for its problems and there are several solutions..

update your motherboard.

Try all drivers (older ones to).. my pc crashed a while back so i cant remember what drivers i was using caus i solved the problem with the driver i had.. BUT! for every user there was almost allways an other solution.. so just try many drivers..

I had good experience with the nvidia 91.47 drivers.. try those.
