Problem with Games and Tv

I have a GeForce 7950gt, 19" TFT and TV over S-Video.
If i start a video or TV program it switched to fullscreen on my TV, that´s ok.
But if i start a game, it switched the game to my TV. Is it possible to keep the video on my TV and not the game on TFT and TV?

I want to play the game on my tft and watch at the same time a video on my TV.

Normaly you put your videoprogram... like tv tunner on your tv screen and your game will be played on the primary display so put your tft on primary display and your tv screen on extension of your desktop and put your tv tuner at full screen

Ok, i tried some variations.

Full Screen Video Options: I tried to set it up to show my video on tv. If i start the video all is fine, but if i start a game, the video switched to black and the game apears in fullscreen on my tv and tft.

Desktop Extension: I have maximized my DVB-S program and moved it on my Desktop Extension. Works, but if i start a game, the game minimized and wont come up again.

I tried with switching primary and secondary Video Adapter, but nothing works.

Second Problem: If i restart windows, my signal format i set up before is back to default.
I have connected my TV over S-Video.
