They do a great jod at improving image quality and performance. They are also a lot more stable than the official Nvidia ones. Make sure to download the latest version, they worked great for me!

#4 | | Newbie | | RAM: corsair twinx 667 2 GB | | | PSU: 750 W silverstone Zeus | | feedback I appreciate your fresh ideas replies that are always welcome, I have done everything you said : 1. Even if I could certainly change for a better thermal paste but its not a problem in my case because I have tested it with everest ultimate. The temperatures of my Gpu's indicate 85° max during playing games which is not more than when i bought my graphic card 6 months ago. It s well known that 7950gx2 is warmer than others because of dual gpu. 2. Using dual screen in the dual view isnt much more requesting for my Gcard than in single especially depending on the mod clone or the oder... 3. I have formated and reinstalled in january this year windows xp pro. 4. Now I just have reinstalled this beta driver because its even crashed in the toolbar near the clock without willing to come back. 5.The problem of artefacts occurs precisely when i switch for the multiple display mod and select the 2 screens in the wizard and only in the xerox screen which is in the first port and not in the dell. In the most significative way when i enter the driver's different control panels.. 6. for battlefield 2142 i believe it s their new patch... I just tested other games and it works in a stable way. ==>Regarding the problem of artefacts : 1.My registry is clean like a virgin 2.directx is ok Should I flash the bios perhaps? Mine has more than 1 year (on 975x chipset) because GX2 has particular architecture with 2 Gpu. Most probably it s the driver itself because with the older driver i have no problem exept the 97.92(last stable driver) which don t even pass the install and crash completely in my system. Thanks a lot for your help ! |
