Always uninstall ALL previous drivers before installing a new one its a rule for Beta testers Bro. On FPS not sure try out what Squall suggested for your setup and let us know

i think i fixed my problem with low fps , is it by any chance the cables? because my bro swiched them up and that might be it because last time i ha70-100 fps now 0-50

The cables between the card and the monitor ? I wouldn't think so your FPS is related to the GPU and card itself. Even changing the monitor shouldn't affect it.

Well that's one of the "features" of ATI drivers. You should allways uninstall the previous set of drivers.

That sucks man but you will remember next time ... glad you got it solved

BTW were you using Radlinker or some external program for O/Cing ? Make sure you remove all elements and programs before you install a new driver. Then add those proggys again afterwards.

True but I always run a drivercleaner/ registry cleaner to make sure the new install is clean
