Recommended instructions to install a new display driver:

1. Uninstall the Monitor through the device manager.
2. nVidia users should use the uninstaller through the Add and Remove Programs from the Control Panel. ATI users should use the ATI Uninstall utility.
3. Reboot.
4. Install the new driver and reboot.
5. Change the Plug and Play Monitor to your own monitor driver.
6. Apply 60hz Refresh Rate fix

Use these instructions everytime to avoid issues and Windows Registry duplicated entries.
