problem with installing ati optimized 1.5.13

hi everbody...i try many times but i couldnt install 1.5.13.i uninstalled old drivers.but when i want to install 1.5.13 optimized driver errors occurs.i have ati 256 mb ati x600 pro.i dont have any driver problem before.but i couldnt install...please help me.thanks for your help..

Re-download the installation file and do not use any download manager.

thanks...but i have a very bad connecting now...(48kb)i can download all the the night but it will certainly solve the problem,downloading without accelerator?
