Default NGO ATi driver DXVA aceleration problem

I have Powerdvd 6 with the latest patch but somehow
DXVA doesnt want to work with PDVD6. Tried reinstalling
the driver but it still wont work.if i go on info it says
"Video Accelerator: DirectX VA (not in use)"
not that is an big issue but the image quality is
better when i have it on.
