1) If you are determined to run CCC then you have to ensure you have the .Net framework running. Download it from the Windows Update site.
2) Re-download the latest drivers from ATI in case your original version was corrupt.
3) Download and install a program called "Driver Cleaner" from
http://www.drivercleaner.net/.
4) Uninstall your current drivers using Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
5) Boot into Safe Mode and run Driver Cleaner, it's pretty self-explanatory how to use.
6) Reboot back into windows and install the new drivers that you have downloaded, with a bit of luck you will have no problems with the CCC again.
OR CONVERSELY:
Use the Omega drivers from
http://www.omegadrivers.net/, as they DO NOT use the ridculous Control Center. Until Regen releases any more modified ATI drivers they are going to be your best bet.
