Default NGO Drivers Are a Compromise

I never measured frame rates with drivers. I rather did a judgment with common sense about them. Maybe I am mistaken about which driver is faster but the competition is between the ATi drivers, Omega Drivers, & the NGO drivers.

My Guess About the Three:

ATi Drivers:
1. They are prone to be optimized more for Benchmark results rather than gaming.
2. They focus so much on stability and would risk any other variables for stability.

Omega Drivers:
1. They are optimized for gaming performance, to its extreme but not focused on stability.
=> I say this due to a personal experience with a Radeon 9700 Pro. It crashes more with BF2 than the three. And sometimes it doesn't handle other games in case of drawing.

NGO Drivers:
1. It's the compromise between quality, performance & stability. Yes! I've never had any problems with these drivers.

Conclusion:

- Why risk stability for performance? Is it nice to play a game so fast and then crash?

- Why risk performance for stability? Do I want to play games or run benchmark programs? Too much stability is the same as stability if both optimizations don't crash!

- Finally, the NGO drivers are not bad! And, don't worry I am not in any way part of the NGO team. I am just a user, and you can check my IP if you wish, I live in Egypt

Thanks for the NGO Team for this work!

Welcome to the forums and Thank you for the positive feedback. Post like this is the only reason to keep up this project alive. We are spending alot of resources and time on it and I feel like no body cares.

NGO drivers are much better in my opinion due to the lack of CCC (wich is bloated anyways)
CCC is slow (takes forever to launch) it`s bloated ( takes up a lot of resources) and optimizations
are not done at any cost (compromising stability ect) ive hated CCC since the day it was released.
bigger is`nt always better

It's a little pity you feel this way, cause I think any effort spent in the world is rewarding, even if no body thanked.

I would hope you take the attitude of a win-win situation and know that for every good cause there is a good effect, sooner or later. People are random variables, one cannot depend on them. But one can control the internal emotions and mind-set.

My only reward is to know that people use it and like it.
