Default weird problem with ati ultimate cs drivers

I installed these drivers and some weird things happened: programs wouldn't run( powerstrip, ati tray tools, steam, etc...), it gave me some "not enough memory to run this and that" and "missing whatever.dll" file, and my msn wouldn't log in and other programs that require internet wouldnt log in either (also weird problems on websites; like not being able to download virus databases on the trendmicro website). I dont think its a virus since everything all good when i switch back the other driver that i was using... weird stuff. I was thinking that it might have something to do with sp2 but idunno.

Not that i know of... maybe some past virus' or spyware might have, im not too sure. Is it suppose to be set at a fixed value? If it means anything, my value for system pages is 0x00183000 (1585152). Its weird... i used these drivers before and never had a single problem.
