Default Soft Mod X800

Has anyone figured out a soft mod for the X800 Pro -> XT ?

I was hoping to unlock the other pipelines on my Radeon X800 Pro (its a Sapphire) I bought it for 50 dollars (new?! retail?!)

While I am very happy at the overall performance, and considering the price of 50USD... I really have no complaints... however I would like to at least try to enable the other 4 pipelines

only X800 Pro VIVO can be modded to X800XT.

Well... I guess enabling the other 4 pipelines is out then... This X800 is not a VIVO.

I read that the other 4 pipelines where laser cut in the normal x800 pro.
And wherent laser cut in the x800 pro VIVO.
And it is possible to connect them again.
I wouln't advice it though to many can go wrong and then the card is useless.

Here is a Link where you can read more about it,
it was interesting to read that article on how they did it.
