These are some very nice drivers.. even makes counterstrike 1.6 look a whole better.. runs BF2 and counterstrike source smooth as hello!  | |

| Color Problems in WMV Playback
Anyone having trouble wih playing WMV files?
Mine are displaying as bright pastel colors....yellow, green, orange and blue..........very strange.
Any help would be great

I have a athlon xp 3200, a7n8x deluxe motherboard, 1024mb ram and a ati all in wonder 9700 pro card. I am playing far cry with the catalyst 5.5 drivers at the medium settings and the screen locks up. It then proceeds to go black and eventually the sound locks up too. I uninstalled these drivers and installed the 1.5.6's. I ran the test for overclocking the gpu and memory. I tried playing the game with these settings and after a couple of minutes artifacts started showing up all over the place. Any recommendations on settings for the drivers? Thanks | |

Thanks | Welcome to the forums! I think you should check out your CPU/GPU/Case coolers. it sounds like an heating issues. | |

Hi
This 5.6 driver is excellent, it gives me a huge fps increase in cs:source , but Bf2 is still droping me to desktop after playing some (only mp, singleplayer runs well) :s
I have an x800pro. | |
