In other words, mysterious silence on the project. Not exactly something that deserves much hope.
I'm sorry if I'm abrasive, but the only thing we have that shows that this thing even exists is a year-old screenshot. Since then, no demos, no videos, no more screenshots and no betas or releases of any kind. For all we know the project is in a quantum state which is compounded by the fact that we can't look at it.
I doubt that AMD is going to change its plans with HAVOK and thus its outlook on PhysX. The only way I imagine you could get whatever you need from a development-level documentation is by taking it from a studio that has it lying around somewhere.
Without that, I imagine that you can only poke around and try to reverse engineer by yourself. Reverse engineering is simply a mess at any one time and a somewhat hopeless problem.
