Saphire ATI 2600XT AGP DX10 rendering problem

I have problem with my graphic card.
I use the latest 8.4 catalyst driver from ATI
FYI, I use MSI Nforce 3 Mobo with AMD AThlon64 3200 venice core
none of my gear are overclocked.

When I run application with directX 10 features, my screen flickrs
so far I try to run Whiteout (ATI Demo) and Company of Heroes (DX10 mode)
both giving the same problem

any tips out there?

those with same graphic card, do you have same problem like me?

This is a commonly known issue with AGP cards\DX10\Vista. You need to download the Catalyst 8.4 hotfix, and this should fix your problem.

Also, although I think Nvidia stopped support for their Nforce3 chipset, you should verify if you have the latest chipset drivers.
