Maybe he's referring to the .NET framework that's required by CCC?

CCC gives the option of installing C++ 2005 and NET 2.0 I already have NET 2.0 though.

No its not you can DL the Cat 7.11 driver only from the ATI site its only needed apparently for the CCC.

On the screenshots a bit sleepy here yet Bro could you point out the issues ?

Ahh see them artifacts I didn't click on the bar to enlarge .... remember you can use attachments here on NGOHQ.com Bro and they automatically thumbnail

Artifacts are generally caused by hardware which could include something on the card or in the system being overly stressed. Could also be the PSU not keeping up as mentioned. On .net framework versions and the visual C++ question I can't really see these causing this symptom *shrugs*

Something interesting just happened. I installed the 7.11 driver. I have my usual artifact problem and the anti aliasing wouldn't work once I exited 3D mode and returned to it. I tried playing an OpenGL Game and it failed miserably. The screen started to change into multiple colors which I have only seen when I overclocked my old X600 too high. I quit that app. I then started to try and overclock manually and the sliders wouldnt work. I incrised the clock and the sliders would just snap right back. I made sure to disable all the ATI processes before too. Something strange is going on here.
