problem with ccc

hello, i'm new.
today i read about this software and i try to install it, also because with original drivers of my x1400, second life doesn't work.
now everything's ok, but i can't see the catalyst.
i also try to install 7-4_vista32_dd_ccc_enu_44985 , but i can't see ccc.
someone can help me??? (excuse me for the bad english but i'm italian

In order for the CCC (Catalyst Control Center) to install and function, you will need to make sure you have .NET Framework 2.0 installed from the Microsoft Windows Updates.

If you do already have that, then give us a bit more information about how you installed the video card and whether this was an upgrade from a previous video card.
