Exclamation Serious bug in OpenGL driver

Hello. I have just downloaded the latest NGO ATI Optimized Driver v1.7.3 and have discovered there is a serious bug with the OpenGL driver. The bug occurs when I use the freeware Anim8tor (Anim8or, free 3d animation software). It's a 3d modeling package which uses OpenGL for its editor. Every time its window is updated, the memory usage increases constantly and it never drops. For example, if I move another window in front of the Anim8tor's window, there will be a dramatic memory accumulation. After a few minutes, it reaches ~2GBs and it crashes. I have contacted the Anim8tor author and he is sure there is no bug with his code, but it's rather an OpenGL bug. The problem is solved if I install the ATI Omega drivers and DISABLE OpenGL hardware acceleration. But those drivers have several other problems so I'd rather use something else. I have an Amilo Pa1510 laptop, Turion64, 1GB RAM, Radeon Xpress 200M 128MB. Kind regards, Bill

Then the Problem isn't solved. would be solved if you can run OpenGL hardware accelerated.
