Widescreen Resolution in games

hello

after installed the lastest Driver it works like heaven, BUT, now i cant play games in widescreen, its like its a setup in the drivers where it tells its a standart CRT screen.
how to change this??

edit:
it can only be something with the driver os ettings.. cause if i install standart driver it runs widescreen.. but then all other performance has decresed..

Try to install your LCD WS Monitor driver, it should sort it out.

as far as i can see i cant find a monitor driver?? its a laptop WS. its a NX 9420 HP laptop i got.. and i cant find anything on thier webside.
