that crushed my theory bout them not workin on it since 94.20.... hmmmmm.
leadtek usually delivers grate driver sets at least all the ones ive tested...

from reports ive been reading ppl have been having trouble installing the driver both via installer and device manager seems to be missing some files using the original INF but with LAPVID2GO INF OR the Package from GURU3D now seems to work smoothly (NOT everyone had a prob installing Specially G80 and Since i didnt try this set i am just throwing ideas incase things dont go smooth).

and overall these driver seem to be kinda busty for non G80 cards benchmark and game Perf wise.

Overall G80 gained around 100points in 3DMARK06 specially in SM2 SM3 tests and NON G80 lost around 100 points...

- (G80)'fog' problem in hl2 is still present.
-1280*1024 and Higher resolutions are not available in cod2.
- no support SLi (at least not for non G80).
- (G80)Unreal 2 engine stutter is still there but improved.
- (G80)Jedi Academy slowdowns not fixed.


so as far as i know and for my 2 cents i say unless you have a G80 stick with the 94.20 and steer away from these baby's...

Leadtek uses an installer that is CRC protected, if you change the inf, it won't install

download this and replace the files in the folder with the ones in the zip

and HcoolP, don't worry about 100 points 100 points is nothing.. it usually means better game performance and quality.

everyone knows when 3dmark is down, quality goes up

sweet move squall love the "leonhart touch " thingy and that explains why non G80 users have to install via device manager.

and bout those 100 points in 3dmark06 is not that a small deal at least not for me and i would agree this can indicate better IQ but i am more grim on the subject and belive most of those 100 points shifted to G80 code optimization (since the driver is G80 designed) so its more a free fall then a quality perf gain in my point of view at least...

i actually didn't, im still using 94.20

i just know how to mod them without installing them :P
