ATI Catalyst 7.2 with Control Panel

We have noticed that some people still prefer to use the old Control Panel (CP) over the Catalyst Control Center (CCC). As a result we have decided to incorporate the Control Panel into the newly released Catalyst 7.2.

grate 7.2 gets cp as well good call since the CCC with my custom font settings on the tv's require higher res then i am willing to work in so old CP sure helps out thanks....

I've got an X1650 Pro 256 GDDR3, so I guess I am safe to use the 7.2 with CP! .

Any news on a possible ATI NGO Optimized Driver 1.7.2? Finger crossed...

since i am using ati catalyst 7.2 with control panel, my pc reboots and freezes very often. while watching dvds, while watching internetvideos, even with screensaver when no other apps are running.

i never had problems like this.

any clues?

Try the normal driver, and tell us if it works.
