Top 10 reasons NOT to use Vista

1. Its Basic Foundation is DRM
2. It removes the Dsoun Hardware stack, thus breaking all currently released DVD applications and Advanced sound technologies such as EAX and A3D
3. DirectX 8 and 7 are converted to Dx9 shaders, thus breaking support for older cards, and causing Dx9 capable cards to run slower due to a translation over head.
4. UAI, the new admin mode, sucks, you can disable it but it still sucks
5. Vista x64 REQUIRES! that drivers be signed, else they will not install, using the F8 boot menu to disable enforced signing, will allow you ti install them, but from now on you must press F8 to continue using them.
6. Aero Glass running in the background, will cause in Game FPS to drop by up to 30% (confirmed by friends of mine)
7. Lack of general support.
8. it costs 600 dollars where i live (i can buy a cpu for that price... i can buy a Video card for that price :O)
9. Requires 2gbs atleast for a decent experience.
10. Microsoft + DRM.... never a good thing.
