The Super Talent T1000UX2G4 2GB (2 x 1GB) kit includes Serial Presence Detect (SPD) settings of 5-5-5-15 at DDR2 800 speeds. Yes, this is 1000MHz memory, but Super Talent took a conservative stance with the T1000UX2G4 modules to support a wider consumer base out of the box. A quick trip to the BIOS and this Super Talent kit will reach 1000MHz with ease (depending on the platform, of course). Also note that the T1000UX2G4 needs 2.2V on the power front.
