While CPU's and GPU's get lots of cooling attention, chipsets often seem to go overlooked. Most chipsets are cooled by a cheesy plastic heatsink or a noisy active cooler. Today we will take a look at the latest chipset cooler by Thermaltake, the Extreme Spirit II.
