ATI Tray Tools is a small utility that can be found in the windows tray which then allows instant access to options and settings. Quite handy and quite a small download. Just click the executable and you are good to go.

I installed these....tried boosting GPU Core and Memory....got corrupted screen right off the bat....had to reboot with the Reset button on the case.

FTR: Core: 615; Memory: 720 -- which is what CCC was allowing me to do.

I use the drivers modified by Rege including the old CP which is better for O/Cing .. I also use a proggy from our friends over at Rage3D called Radlinker ... It works !!
