Judge denies request to knock Spamhaus offline

The federal judge overseeing the e360insight v. Spamhaus case has ruled against a motion to yank Spamhaus' domain name out from under it. Judge Charles Kocoras' decision marks a small victory for the spam blacklister in a case brought by e-mail marketer e360Insight, which had sued over its inclusion on Spamhaus' blacklist.

Freaking idiots! Spamhaus is based in the UK and the spammer in the US. How the hell the spammer can sue them and demend any thing? He needs to do it in the UK. How the hell these judges are even talking to him? Freaking idiots! The entire US court system is a total JOKE! Soon thieves will sue the police for arresting them... bloody idiots.
