DirectX 9.0c Redistributable (October 2006)

Microsoft DirectX is a group of technologies designed to make Windows-based computers an ideal platform for running and displaying applications rich in multimedia elements such as full-color graphics, video, 3D animation, and rich audio. DirectX 9.0 includes security and performance updates, along with many new features across all technologies, which can be accessed by applications using the DirectX 9.0 APIs.

Why does everything about Microsoft contain the word "RICH". It's like rich multimedia full of rich audio for rich people with rich hardware downloading rich content from rich providers giving you a rich multimedia (did we say multimedia) experience which is even easier easier easier ... to use than last time (because we say this each time) so have a nice rich day and remember that piracy is stealing you morons!!

Can't they replace the default announcement with this:
DirectX 9.0 October version includes security and performance updates GO DOWNLOAD NOW!
