As computer enthusiasts we are currently entering a new era of CPU performance with the launch of Intel's new processor range, Core 2 Duo (Conroe) and AMD's new socket, the AM2. There has been much praise directed towards the whole range of Conroes available, and some criticism thrown towards the higher end AM2s at our disposal.
