Chip firm Intel said it had turned in net income of $1.1 billion on revenues of $8 billion for its fiducial second quarter. That represents a drop of 13 per cent in revenues compared to the same quarter last year, but net income fell by 57 per cent, period on period, year on year.
Editor's Comment: That’s what happens when you keep releasing million types of mobile CPUs, while no body cares. That’s what happens when your competitor is offering faster products for a better price. You better hope that Conroe will save your butt.
