HiS recently announced their ICe3 cooling technology and combined that cooling solution with a Radeon X1900 XT and you have quite some power and a very silent solution. So today marks the first in a series if HiS reviews. As you all know, we have been testing their gear for a long time now and we do that for a good reason.
