I'll have to admit, I was a bit disappointed by the performance of Spire's DiamondCool II. Owing to its construction and design, I expected better cooling. On the other hand, it's very quiet and relatively inexpensive, and does beat out the stock cooler by a large margin. The Spire offering was the quietest of the bunch by far, and would be a good choice for an application where noise (or lack thereof) takes precedence over performance.
