Working out a way to actually change the setting. "Access denied" is what I'm getting so far.
EDIT: Managed to change the Sushi.ini file with "false" as recommended. Still fails....

EDIT: May be a silly question, but, what if I copied over a SushiCoreD3D10.dll from a previous ATI Demo?
EDIT2: Hahaha...guess what!? I actually got a screen and, the demo was actually running! I just couldn't see anything other than the splash screen.
EDIT3: I was able to generate an error log again... Still got the Splash Screen showing the Yellow flower and the Ladybug....
