Posted by Regeneration on October 29th, 2008, 10:31 AM

Treyarch is recruiting dedicated Call of Duty fans of to help test Call of Duty: World at War’s performance from a gameplay and backend standpoint. Feedback and performance data from this Beta will be instrumental in ensuring CoD: WW’s success from Day One! This Beta will have a limited space so make sure you get your name in the hat to get a token.

Treyarch is happy to announce that the PC Multiplayer Beta has finally arrived! With it, you get many of the tweaks and fixes that resulted from feedback from the Xbox 360Beta, but bear in mind not all issues have been addressed quite yet. Beta keys will be emailed to the address you have associated with your membership on CallofDuty.com. We will be announcing the start of the Beta on CallofDuty.com as well as emailing everyone selected to participate.

You can read the entire article at CallofDuty.com.

Its working now... but had to change sound settings to "24 Bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)". It looks like some kind of WW2 mod for CoD 4. I'm not impressed so far.

The zombie survival mode looks boring. How can running around a tiny building shooting at undead be more fun than sniping someone who happens to be on the other side of the map and in mid air?
