Wii ban wanted

NINTENDO could be forced to stop importing its Wii games console into America after an outfit called Hillcrest Labs sued it for infringing four of its patents. Three of the patents are related to the Wii’s motion-sensitive controller, and the fourth is related to graphical interfaces that are displayed on a TV screen.

Ban? i doubt it !! too much of a market in America.....they will either tie it up in the courts, pay em' off or sweep em' aside.
