Palit's non-reference HD 4850 pictured

Until now, most of ATI Radeon HD4850 cards use a single-slot stock cooler, and everyone knows that the performance of stock cooler is not so good.

I have posted a article about how to adjust the stock cooler's fan speed.
Maybe it is a good way to lower the GPU temperature. But with this method, the noise can't be avoided.

What I review today is Palit HD4850 Sonic. The sonic version usually gets higher performance than normal one, and the Palit HD4850 equips a special cooler to cooling the card. Below article will show you the advantage of this card.

The front side of HD4850 sonic is much different from the general HD 4850.
