Samsung Launches Photoframe Monitor with Wi-Fi Connectivity
Posted by Regeneration on March 20th, 2008, 02:13 PM

We are getting tons of press releases every day. Usually, we’re ignoring gadgets but this one seems interesting. Israeli PR Group Meyron Communication has informed us that Samsung is launching a new product called Photoframe. As you can see from the image above, Photoframe is a small independent monitor that allows you to load images, music and even videos. That’s not all; the Photoframe device has Wi-Fi connectivity as well.

The Photoframe lineup supports several types of memory cards – such as: XD, MS, MMC, SD and even CF. You can also plug it to your computer via USB and view videos, and even use MSN Messenger. In easier language, Samsung’s Photoframe is a digital photo album. So what about the price? In Israel the official MSRP is 830NIS ($237).
