Microsoft Responds to Boycott?
Posted by Regeneration on March 7th, 2008, 11:54 PM

EuroGamer has published an interview with Microsoft’s Kevin Unangst about Games for Windows and Live. You would expect EuroGamer to ask him about Live’s poor experience, availability and issues. But EuroGamer with all their experience have decided to ask the most boring and useless questions. Anyway, in the interview, Kevin Unangst has spoken indirectly about our issue. He insisted that Live is totally free on the PC, and claimed that Microsoft is not trying to bring the Xbox model to the PC.

Mr. Unangst, if you’re interested to comment on our boycott story or have anything to tell us, I suggest you will do that officially and directly – like a man, and not like a coward. Apparently you don’t know what you’re talking about. The truth is... so far Live is only free on the paper, but not in reality (in most cases). I’d like to invite Mr. Unangst to test all Windows Live titles by himself, and then he could give us an interview or some kind of official comment.
