LG Investigates Laptop Explosion

South Korea's LG Electronics Inc. said Wednesday it was checking one of its laptop computers that reportedly exploded. "LG Electronics is collaborating with LG Chem, the battery maker, to investigate and determine the cause of the problem, as under normal usage conditions, this type of problem should not occur," LG said in a statement. South Korean media reported that a laptop belonging to a South Korean journalist burst into flames Tuesday after smoke began to emerge from it. There were no injuries.

I wonder if the journalist was trying to play Crysis on it with high settings

Sorry couldn't resist it is uncommon and glad no one was hurt. Will be interesting to see what they find !!

That's not an issue, it's a feature. The laptop delivers such a HD realistic gaming experience that it explodes just when your tank gets hit by an AT shell. That's realism, omg I can't believe they're complaining about this!
