[CES 2008] Cooler Master Unveils Massive Coolers V8 and V10 @ AT

Cooler Master impressed us with the largest cooler we’ve seen so far. The V10 consists of two 120mm fans, one mounted vertically and the other horizontally. The horizontal fan is located above the DIMM-slots and will cool the ram through the fins of the cooler later. Simply put, the V12 is massive, capable of providing AC to a small European country if necessary. The V8 has a different design, with only one 120mm fan which located in the middle of the cooler.

Chaos and I were looking at this earlier this morning. Its massive but cools both the CPU and RAM ... different

Thats a concern I noted as well bro on most cases that cooler would be sitting vertically and the greater portion of the weight would be on the top two holes of the socket for the CPU cooler. I wouldn't advise using those stupid plastic clips that come with the 478 and 775 socket thats for sure. Even for my Katana2 on a 478 CPU I am using machine bolts washers and nuts to secure it
