Scythe Mugen CPU Cooler Review @ BmR

Not eveyone is a believer in the new cooling technique, and some manufacturers have stuck by their tried-and-true designs. It certainly is a monster but looking through the tests and was surprised in came in midrange. Maybe bigger isn't always better
