It seems that Tech Report is unhappy with AMD’s PR. TR’s Scott Wasson has published an editorial and attacked AMD for their poor PR around the Spider platform launch. However, The Tech Report is not only publication to complain about this issue, there are other sources unhappy with AMD lately.
