Windows Vista Reduced Functionality Mode Hotfix
Posted by Regeneration on November 3rd, 2007, 04:38 PM

If you installed Nvidia ForceWare or Ahead Nero recently, and suddenly you cannot access Windows Control Panel and other Windows Vista applications (Reduced Functionality Mode - thanks to a nasty bug that forces Software Licensing service restart), then this Windows Vista update below should fix this issue. The following update also solves the missing icons bug as well. You can download this update directly from our website by clicking on the attachments below.

hehe well atleast ir provides you with something to do, because you sure cant do the things that you wanted to

to me the point of an OS is for it to work properly, and to perform, vista doesnt perform or work properly, so i thin ill stick to my uneventful but fast and working xp

vista is not much different than a xp
registry is almost same so there is much things that you can change
for now is working ok
i dont have anymore problems with it, even dx10 works good ut i dont see much difference in it but it works
vista mostly sux because it takes tooooo much resources
you need strong cpu and 4Gb of ddr so it can work much faster almost like xp
some benchmarks i made on my machine shows me higher performance than on xp
that is good but not enough

These patches are for Windows Vista English, if you use another MUI language, then you need to submit a request from Microsoft's website.

These two downloads didn't work. Do I have any other options?
