Windows Defender Build #1593

Windows Defender is a free program that helps you stay productive by protecting your computer against pop-ups, slow performance and security threats caused by spyware and other potentially unwanted software. Windows Defender no longer supports Windows 2000 as mainstream support ended in June 2005. This is the most current release of Windows Defender.

By the way this is not for Vista, Windows Defender is included and that is the error you will get if you try and install it. Might want to update your post...

You said it right, you tested the Beta. Since the Release of Vista, Windows Defender is Final.

For sure, it's not as good as SpyBot, but it works as Windows Service in the Backround...I like that.

im sorry to inform you noobie, but this program is still in BETA, there is never a real final build as it is updated constantly.

it is the same as kaspersky AV or nvidia drivers. beta, beta, final, beta beta, final
